Education is the “Key” to advancements in Christianity and the secular world. Neither one could function without EDUCATION! Education comes in various forms, ideologies and practices. It teaches us how to relate to one another and God.
Why is it that our Creator encourages us to get Knowledge, understanding and wisdom?
1. Psalm 119:104
Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
2. Proverbs 3:13
Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
3. Proverbs 4:5
Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
4. Proverbs 4:7
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
5. Proverbs 15:32
He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding.
6. Proverbs 16:16
How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
7. Proverbs 19:8
He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.
8. Proverbs 18:15
The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge
Because without understanding, knowledge and wisdom, we would never know what God demands from us. We would not love family, our fellow humanbeings and ourselves. God laid it out plainly in his words, providing an avenue or pathway for us to follow Him into the Kingdom that He prepared for us eons ago.
